We started out as reef keepers and so today we went to MACNA http://www.macnaxviii.com/
It was VERY cool and we got lots of neat freebies. Â There was plenty that we would have liked to buy as well, but our pocketbook couldn't support the desires.
After MACNA we went to Village Tropical and I was excited to pick up 3 crypts, a wisteria and a couple of other plants along with 20 simulans. Â They all got plunked into my 10g low tech tank after acclimation. Â It's a very basic tank, but I'm pretty happy with it. Â It's something to mess with while I'm working on my 40g. Â
If anyone is interested NASH (Nature Aquarium Society of Houston) is having a meeting tomorrow at ADG and the speaker will be talking about fertilizing.
