Help - My first reseal was no fun :/

Side note, will it be easier to remove the silicone before it is completely set? It's been less than 24hrs since it was done.

Personally I'd reseal it again. You could be fine though. If you choose not to reseal it, just be sure to keep an eye on the bubbles to make sure they're not expanding. If you do reseal it, be sure to redo the whole tank or you're just asking for more issues. New silicone won't bond to old silicone

My used 125 sprung a small leak in the lower left corner when the stand was hit. After trying to find someone to re-seal it for me I decided to try it myself. I thought everything went well, removed and cleaned off all the old silicone, and although it wasn't pretty I thought I did a decent job of ensuring a good, although thick, re-seal.
This morning I woke to find some small air bubbles on the 2 right side seals.
I really don't want to remove and re-do it all, my questions are -
Will the bubbles be okay? (pics of the areas in question attached here I hope)
If I do need to remove the bad sides, do I have to re-do the Whole tank or can I do just the 2 sides without the bottom?

Thanks in advance for any help. I'm at the point where if this needs to be re-sealed I'm going to get rid of it!
