Looking good Theo. My suggestion is to go with two drains.

Bulkheads installed on the 2 drains coming from the internal overflow.

Glass holes have a kit they sell where you can do this type of overflow if anyone isn't crafty.

Agreed, acrylic is uper expensive:
1 x Clear acrylic 72"x18" 1/2" thick $255

nice job on the teeth, i was thinking that i would try a router and a finger joint jig for that. routers are the best tool eva but can mess things up in a hurry too lol.

Yip, working with the router was tricky, one slip an it's a mess, will use a jig for sure on my next box...

Dims were 24" x 6" x 6".

Good job on the acrylic work. I've used scrap pieces from Aeroshield Plastics that I've bought for like $5 for a 12"x48" piece on my overflow and other projects. As long as you don't need a piece wider than 12" you can get a great deal.

get off your lazy arse and DIY. not that hard man... HEAT GUN, ACRYLIC, learn how to draw straight edge and bend the acylic.
