You have gravel substrate?  

The waste could be down in there and the loaches and cories could be stirring it up?  Just a thought....

yes i have checked the tap water for nitrites , nitrates, ammonia, everything i can.  all is ok.  nitrates is like barely 10ppm.  
i think i might take a little of EKs full clean by just doing a super super super gravel vaccuum job.  maybe there is something in the gravel or something.  if i fully clean gravel it shouldnt hurt anything cause both filters are up and runnin and should have good biological to make up for the super gravel clean right?

Definitely.  A gravel clean shouldn't jack up anything.
