Foggy Tanks Need Help!!!!

I have 9 tanks .  I did a water change yesterday via a Python. I have done this same procedure many times, all of a sudden my tanks start looking foggie and I mean foggie. I need some advice. Thamks

Bacteria bloom....

did you clean the filters?
What filters are you running on them?
did you clean/disturb the substrate?
How much is a lot of conditioner did you use?
Did you test the water parameters?
Test the tap water parameters too cause if it had Ammonia/Nitrites/Nitrates that could caused it as well.
