Does Seachem Safe expire . I found an awesome price on the 4 kilo bucket and wanted to know if this stuff expires . I purchased a small 250ml bottle six months ago and i still have half a bottle . I figure that the 1 kilo bottle would last a couple years ....while the 4 kilo bucket would last 10+ years .!!! I buy most things in bulk...but I don't want to buy the 4 kilo bucket if it expires in a few years . I love this stuff !!

Seachem safe tech people says that there is no "shelf life" on this product. So buy it and use it till its gone!!!

From what I read, it works the same as the liquid form (Prime) just more concentrated and A LOT CHEAPER?

Yes. It's a super concentrated powder version of prime. It's cheaper in the long run. I paid $30 for 1 kilo.
