  • SW Blue Bulbs

Right now I have two 39w T5 HO 420/460 bulbs that come on for my blue light setting. It's not exactly blue enough, is there some kind of T5 Royal Blue bulb? I don't think it will bring out corals as much as the blue lights should

Geissman are pretty popular. I use ATI bulbs. The True Actinic will probably work for you, but beware it may be too blue. I have a 6-bulb and use:

      3x Blue Plus
      2x Aquablue Special
      1x Purple Plus

I love that combo. Just a hint of blue.

My blue light or twilight setting uses 2x Blue Plus. It could be bluer, but I'm wary that if I swap a Blue Plus for a True Actinic, then the daylight setting (all bulbs on) would be too blue.
