vibrating noise from eheim pro II?

i got this filter for like 3 days now and decided to change one section of the media out for lava rock. i went ahead and swapped the media but after putting it back and pluging it in..it made this slight vibrating noise that kind of bothers me. would it be just air coming out yet or is it the media? it works fine and was silent just before i swapped the media. any guesses?

Looking at the magnet on the impeller.

If it looks jacked up then that's the cause of the noise.

thanks for the reply. i looked at the impeller and stuck it back carefully this time. it ended up fixing it. the impeller isnt damaged! thank god lol

Most vibration issues with Eheim is pretty much a installation issue or a priming issue.

If it still persists, try a new shaft first since they are a little cheaper than getting a new rotor/impeller assembly.
