Nice. And a nice video, also. Big improvement. Shoot some of the tanks! I have some easy to use hot lights if you need them. BTW, can the flow rate be too high on a W/D? Seems like there has to be some time for contact. I figure you'd know, being the mad scientist and all.

20L Planted- RCS, Ghost Shrimp, Neon Tetras, Snails
2.5g Planted- Snails, RCS -
not sure about the contact time, i'll have to look into it. if there is a problem with contact time i would think that it would be made up by the turnover rate. plus, the flow rate i had before hardly reached the end of my wet dry so now im actually getting more use out of all the bio-ballsComment

after i first turned it on the socks didn't last long because of all the extra poo that it stirred up and ended up in the filter socksOriginally posted by fshfrk View Post
that sock change lasted the normal 3-4 days
the next sock change only lasted a couple days but i had feed too much nori and a bunch ended up in the socks. it seems like they will last the normal amount of time but more time is really needed to be sure.Comment
