I have a hydor heater 300w but instead of THEO, it says All Glass Aquarium.
I could not find on the net any info regarding this. Do you know if this is a different product?

I think you are okay then. Apparently this was a specific batch of heaters. But, of course, feel free to post the pic later.

Hmmm...okay, my guess here is that it's a Hydor heater, but was re-branded and sold by All-Glass. All-Glass.com now redirects you to aqueonproducts.com. I think you are okay because it doesn't have the batch number on the label. But if you are nervous about it (or having problems with it), you could always contact Aqueon and explain the situation.

one thing thai told me was to have a backup temp control.which i dont have yet.ive had this heater for 2 weeks now and after dialing in 78 degrees i have never had to touch it.
