Where to fill up co2 tanks?

I just got a pretty new canister from someone and was wondering where do I go to get it filled? I know about AOC and theres one by my work but I'm looking for a place that does it there.

I want to keep my new shiny tank lol.

I used to get mine filled at Iweco welding supply shop. Took five minutes and cost about 9 bucks.

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.

AOC does it right there. You dont have to "swap" it. Be sure to freeze your bottle the night before as well.

I have never had a co2 tank, why do you freeze the night before?
