well i planned on doing a small water change on my 20g like i normally do and the water doesnt go low enough to expose the heater so i didnt turn it off...well i decided to drain more water out than i had planned and forgot to turn the heater off and when i filled it up my heater cracked but it did not break, ive had one explode before. should i remove it or will it be alright? it still works but i did see the light dim and get really bright right before it hit the temp cut off

Don't know what make heater you have but in the past I've been able to buy new glass tubes and replace them on my HOB heaters.'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'
