Maxi Jet 1200 w/ Sureflow Mod Kit

Is there anyway to mount it without using a magnet upgrade kit or the orginal suction cups? I want to put it on the side glass pointing towards the middle of the tank.

Got the kits in and decided to use the hardware they provided. Also changed out the impellers to the 2100 gph models. Fish flying everywhere. A pair per tank gets the water moving great.

These are my favoirte mods. I got one of these in nearly every tank, but I went ahead and spent the money on the suregrip 100 magnents.

Those 2100 gph impellers on there flow really good.

I am not sure where you made your purchase, but you can outfit one of these for about $33 with the standard brackets. ($18 for maxjet 1200, and $15 for the kit).

I got the MJ 1200 from Petmountain and the kits from Ken's, kits came with both impellers. I may invest in the magnets later but for now everything looks fine.

14.95 and 16.99. I went ahead and got 6 kits but only have 4 MJ's. Room to expand for the next tank.
