Good Food

Thanks for the info. I have less interest in breeding due to a lack of space but I do want to keep my fish happy. When I was 10, I had a Metaframe heater go haywire and the temperature went to 91 degrees F. All the fish in the tank died except the C. aneus.

To keep them happy variation is the keyword Mike. No steak hahahaha!
Aeneus are quite hardy and can get 20-25 years (some even get older).

To filter or not to filter; that is the question.

cory tanks - sponge filter - decent sized canister for aquarium in question. With these two in conjunction you should be fine.

1 eheim experience, 3 eheim ecco's (externals), 2 eheim aquaballs, 1 eheim biopower (internals) Breedingstanks 2 spongefilters.

I can see you also try to "over-filtration" but with smaller flow equipments. I thought the tank was not filtered at all.
