Dipnet or cast net. If you catch it from our waters, I'd quarantine it for 2-4 months or marinate it for 24-48 hours.

Better yet, make a video of the whole cooking process and then the eating part! I'm not bold enough to eat a pleco after having touched one!

Pleco... it's what's for dinner! If it's good, tell the people at PetCo & PetSmart so they can tell their customers that when it gets too big for their tank, they can just eat it instead of tossing it in a bayou.

I've seen them get super huge in the retention ponds that they get thrown in. I mean like almost 2ft long. That's big eating.
