Well Lost two gobies today :(

Got out the exacto knife and started looking at them. Cut the Gill plate off and their gills were covered in parasites. Treating the tank right now...

some parasite meds I have used on my chilies before when they came with parasites.

the baby snails I have been feeding them are ones I have grown...

I think they had the parasites when I got them but since they were all breathing hard when I got them I didn't notice.

I don't think snails carry that much parasites... think it is mostly crays and stuff. could be wrong though.

I think it depends on the species of snails not sure..

It has been less then 24 hours since I put meds in the tank and the fish that were acting like they had parasites are doing much better. They aren't 100% yet. I will do a water changed tomorrow and re-dose meds on sunday...

Yep just tested my water and my bio media seams to be surviving and no shrimp or snails have died. Well from the meds anyway mwuahahahahahaha
