If you get the new Amazonas magazine, in the 1st issue, there was an article about captive breeding of either the L-24 or L-25.

I have experience with L273. When small they hide. They will come out during feeding. As they get larger they will come out more. Very similar temperament as L114. Not hard to keep. Have NOT had to much fighting with other plecos including their own kind but mine are still young.

I'm assuming you've already been to this site... http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog...species_id=866

Did you ever do any further home work towards looking into the various details of starting a LFS? I was thinking in lieu of the coffee shop idea--there is a better way to draw people in. I've noticed that a lot of the aquarists here in Houston appreciate a good noodle dish (myself included). Also, its good to honor your significant other whenever possible. So that being said as a sideline you have a noodle bar. Your signature dish could be "Fi's Fine Pho Fum"...

Kinda. . . its an addiction. I almost bought a L-14 the other day.

I've looked at PlanetCatfish, but not for all of the aforementioned L#s. I'll look into it some more when I get a little more time (after the GHAC auction in May). A site that has proved invaluable in terms of opening up a business is http://www.scorehouston.org/. The people there are very friendly and honest.

    started a topic Pseudacanthicus Plecos

    Pseudacanthicus Plecos

Does anyone have any experience with L-273, LDA-105, L-024, or L-025 plecos? I'm curious as to how shy they are, and if there are any interesting habits that differentiate them from other plecos. Anything you know or want to google and claim that you know will help.
Working...
