The terracota pipes would indeed work but I would need to find some with a good 3" opening.

Yeah, I saw that a while back.

John had a stone cutter I think. Or maybe he rented it....I can't remember now.

I just don't have the heart to cut up seriyu stones.

you can just buy more at the bonsai garden... seiryu is becoming cheap, china has taken over the market on them.

I think John might have rented that thing. I would also need a wide enough grinder to slot the cave part, sound like a lot of work, this guy does 3/20 plus shipping. I think that's an easier route and It would match my fossil rock better.

Spoke to the guy that makes custom caves and he has a wait time, think it was towards may.

I'm gonna see about the rock cutter john has and cut some of my fossil rock flat to make a cave.
