I really really like the rock formations on the left and right.  I have to agree with EK, the center rock doesn't work there.  If you took one layer off the rock pile on the left and layed down the holey rock in front it would probably flow a little more.

It's funny that when we're so immersed in a project sometimes we can't see the simple things that can make all the difference.  That's the good thing about this forum, that we get more sets of eyes :)  

Your fish are absolutely beautiful.  I am so looking forward to setting up a bigger tank for my Paratilapias once they get a little bigger.  Aquascaping is such a creative art form...

I like the cyps too...very much.....wonder if they will mate with the Juli in there with them though?.....

Still, nice looking set up...keep us posted on your changes if any....and by the way, what is sitting on top of the tank?

lol its actually not on top steve. Its a shelf standing behind the tank since its sitting 45 degree at a corner.

it not only is a nice planted environment.....but it also gives enough room for the fish to swim and be visible....i really like it.....

Looks good.  I think some smaller lower growing anubias might look real nice in and around those rocks you have towards the back center of the tank.  Are the cyps still up for sale?
