        Re: Troph not eating

His last post clearly states his problems are over.

Why would he add more to go through the same problem again? The colony refined themselves into a workable group.

F'ing chinamen.... can't read for ****. Open your eyes.

          Re: Troph not eating

Make up your mind already... one thread you state anything is fine... pairs work.

Now you are saying his problems are the results of not enough.

What is it? Drunk posting again MJ?

            Re: Troph not eating

lol, if I'm not drunk I'm usually not on the box.

If there is anyone you know that argues both sides just for the fun of it, who else would it be?

you know what people pay me to do.

The truth is always somewhere in the middle.

Funny.... its one thing to argue both sides and another to know only one side....

I have one troph Ikola that is almost lifeless and does not want to eat.  It just sits in the corner.  What do I do.......?

                  Re: Troph not eating

its probably already too late but i would start treating it with metrozinadole or clout asap. sounds like bloat. but if you think it might be aggresion than meds wont help anything.

Sorry for late reply. Seen busy with school.

                    How is the fish(es) doing?

Don't over react. Some trophs are just picky eaters.

                    Have you tried this....

                    or this....

However, if the other fishes are starting to not eat, act lifeless and or have white poo you should treat asap with metro or clout.

                      Re: Troph not eating

Nourish is just a vitamin supplement.

The garlic guard is the one used to entice appetitie and help keep healthy immune system.

I prefer the garlic extreme drops instead of garlic guard.

Neither is gonna help if he's getting his @ss handed to him.

                        Re: Troph not eating

yeah if it's like aggression or something.....those supp. are not going to help.  But if its a new colony just being shipped in having a hard time taking new food it might help.

Yeah he has passed away.....All other fish were eating ok.  There was no signs of anything such as white poo or anything.  He pretty much got his a** handed to him I think.  i have a very dominate male in there that loves to pick on him.

I don't know where to get this stuff locally. I don't go to that many LFS. I got mine from Dr. F and S.

As long as the rest of the colony is ok, then everything is fine. Sometimes when a new colony settles in they have to find out the hard way who is boss.
