You want to look for the blue coloration, solid black stripes (no mooning) and nice fins.

I used to keep my original blue zaires with discus and they both got along very well. My pH was around the same as yours. My zaires even spawned. My discus spawned but my eggs disintegrated after turning white.Originally posted by CichlidHobbyist View Postpeter, the ph is 7.72

the mobas haven't been breeding for a while, maybe because i move them to a smaller tank with the discus
