First thing's first I would like to thank a few people who had a hand in this, or contributed to my limited knowledge:

Barrett, thanks for sharing wisdom and encouraging me to not give up, because I was at the point where I wanted to give up the hobby for now.
I pretty much went through hell and high water to get this tank going. In between working at mathnasium, tutoring my own clients, and having a girlfriend, I pretty much would come home from work, tutor, then start working on the tank at midnight, sleep at 3 or 4, up at 6:30 and repeat for this past week. The tank isn't nearly where I want it to be at the moment, but it will do for now. I'm not a filtration buff, but I did acquire a new wet dry in a partial trade, so it's mostly the reason I went with two wet drys. Since I had to purchase another tank it required me to go with what I already had, and essentially led to me not being able to get as much livestock as I originally intended. Oh well.
I'm currently running two wet dry filters

When the tank arrived, we had to do some stand work to have more stability and strength. Installed a few 2*4"s. The tank was in bad shape, and one side was scratched up more than I liked and it happened to be the side that was the front. (The other side was painted with black latex). The paint job wasn't all that good, so peeling was out of the question. I went to work with the razor blade. Took about two or three hours to get that side clean. Inside of the tank was scummy and had really bad calcium build up. Went to work a few hours on that. Got the tank in position and bleached it along with dishwashing liquid. Used a sponge and put some elbow grease into the tank. Used my hose to wash it down and I used so much prime and water to make sure the fish would be safe. I filled and emptied the tank at least five times.
The wet dry and pump I bought was used on a tank with built in overflows, so I acquired one from Joseph with the hopes of it being about to handle the Rio 2500hp. Well, it couldn't handle it, so with advice from you guys, he came and installed a ball valve for me. (Thanks again bro).

Placed some old sand and rocks in there and the AC to get things going.

Finished product as of yesterday. The heavy rock must be 75-80 lbs. Had no help placing it, so its stuck where it is. I wrapped my bed sheet around it and grabbed the top of the sheets and lifted and slowly placed it in. Rock placement will change. Any suggestions appreciated.
As of today stock list includes: Canary cheek tropheus, macro green petros, chimba petros, and demasoni (they will be gone soon). Im not happy with the numbers I have at the moment, but when more money comes in, the more fish I'm getting. I do want to trade my wet dry for some canisters simply because they take up most of the room under the stand. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this. I know it's not a masterpiece like alot of tanks on here, but Im happy so far.
