I just wanna say that this video has history that some are not aware of and I'm in no position to say what all that's about.

Take that video for what it is, but I started this thread to show the damage that big brute Petros can inflict. I personally have not seen that happen so it was a surprise to me. Even the 5 Moshi that I lost were not maimed like these Blue Giants.

I've been in the hobby for quite some time as well and not your typical mickey mouse fish but I feel everyone is entitled to their own methods/ways.

Not everyone is a saint when it comes to proper husbandry but we disregard what "we" are doing wrong in light of someone else' wrong doings.

It's exactly territory. Big fish like that in a 75 gallon. He owns the tank and the guy knows it. If he can afford to buy the BG, he can afford a bigger tank but he doesn't want it in a bigger tank because he can make nice videos he can look at when he's lonely. Guess he gets his rocks soft like that.

I have no experience with these types of fish so I can't really say much about whats going on. But it doesn't look bad just looks like a territory thing or something like that.

Lol!!! Growing up fighting, you knew who would be easy and you knew who would be hard. Kimbo is a brawler, with enough patience to beat those with less patience. Bruce Lee was smart, knowing to aim for the weakest body parts and he was taught patience. If he had an opportunity to fight an easy opponent, I'm sure he would've chosen not to. Same case here. Why in the hell will this guy put a fish in there with a killer if he knows it will be easy? If he has balls, put two males of the same kind in there and let them duke it out. As far as the cyps, it all depends on the acclimation of the fish. I feel like we're talking about apples and oranges. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. How many times do we actually see our fish breed? Sometimes but not most of the time. At least not me unless I stay home and stare at the tank. For there to be only those two fish in the tank, him recording the fish being killed is obvious that it was intentional. Making a mistake based on ignorance with the lack of education is one thing. Being educated and allowing a fish to do that is another. Its probably his knowledge of what the fish is capable of and has a history of killing that led him to do that. I know you wouldn't intentionally hurt your fish to the point of death. My point is, this dude probably has this one tank just to get a kick out of seeing the BG beat other fish to death. And that's not right by any means and I don't think it can be compared to those who take chances of under stocking.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I didn't see a single scale fly off after the BG grasped it nor torn fins or missing chunks of flesh.
