Is my diet ok?

Currently have about 30 or so Demasoni and 10 Chimbas together. All larger fry. Feeding them NLS grow, NLS cichlid formula, NLS Thera A, and Ken's Tropheus Lovers Flakes. I feed four times a day. Twice NLS grow and twice flakes. Not heavily at all though and I do 30% water change every three days. Feed them NLS cichlid formula once a week. Waiting for them to get larger. Any advice on if I should take away or add something?

Sounds fine to me

You could feed more of the cichlid formula and cut back on the grow and theraA. The two later are higher protein.
