No red flag. It is a very good lens. But since I already own the 70-200 2.8 and all the teleconverters, I just could not justify the $2800 price of this lens.

Here are the first shots taken with this lens. They aren't so hot. I need a Monopod for this thing. The VR is so fast the first time I heard it I though my lens was busted.
