Underwater flash recommendations?

Are there any divers in this forum who take underwater pictures/videos?

I am searching for an underwater flash for my diving camera E-PL1 in underwater housing.
So far, I have narrowed the search down to 2 options.
The Olympus UFL-1 and the Sea and Sea YS-D17.

Does anyone here have experience with either and can provide recommendations?
