    I would if I was using it for fish, it will be used for that inevitably, but primarily it will be used for outdoor photography.

    lol. Im a pro-photographer. and Nikkor are the house brand for nikon cameras. nikon and canon does not have anything compatible. a good macro lense can be a tamron or sigma

    Well, I haven't done much research on lens/camera compatibility.
    I know I want the t1i, I like the nikkor lens, but didn't know they weren't compatible.
    Does anyone have any input from personal experience on abgood macro lens for rebels?

    I like personal first hand experience.

    I've been researching at work, lol.
    Uncle Sam was good to me this year:)
    I'm taking it as a sign to splurge lmao.

    you can not have a nikkor lense on a Canon camera.

    Look for the app Perfect Photo, it's got a TON of functionality that will help with this. You can adjust the white balance and "warm up" the tone. :)
