Not to worry. I'm actually milking some heifers as we speak for the milk to make the cheese with. The free buffet at this "farm" is amazing )

My buddy had never tried ceviche before and was very hesitant to try it when he learned what it's made from. He wound up eating half of what I brought. LOL

The fajitas came from a meat mkt wholesaler in Houston. They are the most tender fajitas ever.
