I've been looking forward to this, but now I'm sick. My husband and daughter have had the flu, and I've been doing my best to avoid it. Been taking tamiflu in hopes that it can help me not catch it, but the coughing started yesterday, and now the fever has started. Really bad timing. Not only will I miss this, but it's the beginning of my crunch period for studying for my midterms. I really did not want this. I was really looking forward to coming tonight. :(

Sorry Vicki. :( Start taking zinc 30 mg once daily until 2 days after your illness resolves. Most people think vitamin C is curative, but it's only preventative. The only supplement shown to shorten the course of a viral or bacterial illness by up to 72 hours is zinc.
