Good question. I think HAW will be closed tomorrow so that they can bring stuff to the auction. I plan to be up most of the night packing/ bagging/ labelling.

Is the the back of a store? Or is there a name on the building/store front? Just wondering if there are more clues to the auction location than the address. :) Though the address should be fine.

You can sell items for free. The GHAC retains 15% of the sales. You can bag all you own stuff.

Great question. Just make up your own three or four letter Seller Code. I use ARM for mine. The items then become ARM-1, ARM-2 , . . .
