They're similar in size to giant danios. They like alkaline water and upper 70s would be fine for them. They'd be safe with tylos. Are there plants in your tylo tank?

I've personally never kept the two together in the same tank. There isn't any similarities in color, so I think you'd be okay as long as there are enough territories.Originally posted by danielp View PostThe L240 looks really cool.
If you think it's compatible with my L200 put me down for one.

I couldn't find a lot of info about the danios all I know is that they prefer 7-8ph and 78-82 for the temp so I guess it would be safe to house these with tylos?

Might have to get some of those danios myself... Just waiting to see how the Fahaka deals with them in her new tank.... Would be an expensive meal.

I thought C was for Callichthyid? Basically the corydoras sp. that haven't been given a name. I could be wrong. I myself am not completely familiar with the numbering stuff.Originally posted by mnemenoi View PostI believe you are correct Mistahoo, or at least something similar.
C - Corydoras?
Not sure what LDA means as this is a secondary numbering system and still utilized as well...
Those Lake Inle Rasbora look awesome! ....
Germans gave this numbering system. L was started by one magazine and then LDA was started by another magazine. The other magazine company just wanted to be recognized as well I'm guessing, so they tag on their magazine name to the end of L. Basically Mag 2 was jealous of Mag 1 lol. C started after these two.
LDA - Loricariid "Das Aquarium"
