  • July Goldfish Meeting at FG Woodlands

We want to thank Fish Gallery Woodlands for having us again this year!

Carassius auratus, the Common goldfish that comes in a myriad of forms. Originally selected and mentioned in an ornamental manner during the Jin Dynasty (265-420 ad). It is often the most recognizable and famous aquarium fish in the hobby with a very long and complicated history. It has been selected into various colors, and traits selected and bred for throughout the world.

We will dive deep into the history, various types and colors that emerged. We will cover their unique care and issues. How to best accentuate them into a scape. They are a very unique fish that can be problematic and surprisingly demanding. We will discuss a recipe for success.

We look forward to seeing you all there!!!
