Wanted: Low Tech Freshwater Aquarium Plants or Cuttings

Greetings! I'm looking to fill out a 40 gallon breeder with low tech aquarium plants. I'm not looking for anything in particular but plants need to be suitable for a non-Co2 tank getting 1-1.2 watts per gallon. I've included a wishlist but again, not looking for anything specific. If anything, I'm looking for someone who want's some cash for there cuttings or plants they no longer want. Lastly, I live on the west side of Houston near Beltway 8 and Westheimer. Please live within a reasonable distance unless you don't mind traveling to my side of town. Thank you for your time!
