  • F1 Cyphotilapia Gibberosa Blue Zaire Moliro

Well about a month ago I was fortunate enough to get 12 Blue Zaire Moliro Frontosa from Ken Nguyen...I've wanted high quality Zaire Frontosa for years but have always missed the opportunity due to finances...I've grown out multiple high quality F1 Burundi and even once had a nice Mpimbwe breeding colony years ago...These 12 came from 3 different size batches and I am super excited to start this grow out process! At least I have tropheus colonies to entertain me as well while I wait...Enjoy!

I agree, especially with Frontosa! Now that I have multiple tanks and other colonies it is not too bad...Cyphos/Gibberosa interest kind of died out in Houston for a few years and I'm glad to see many variants slowly becoming available...

What other cypho variant do you have?

This is all I currently have...I just recently got rid of my Burundi in preparation for these...I'm currently trying to find kigoma or another variant...or maybe another troph colony! Who knows? Lol...

It has been a little over 2 months since I got them and they have packed on some decent size...Still wish they would remain darker more but will probably have to get darker substrate or change the background to black to do that...Gonna decide if I plan on keeping them before I do anything major...
