  • Any LFS that will take platy fry

I have probably 20 platys in stages from juvenile to few day old fry, and I'm sure to have more. I will be setting up a new tank with angels and possibly other predatory fish to control the fry population but need to do something with the fry I have now. Does anyone know of a LFS (preferably NW side of town) that would take platys. It seems like nearly every LFS now focuses only on cichlids.

Some stores might take adults, but pretty sure none are interested in fry.
    Guppies:
Hi-fin pepper Cory's, Black Cory's, Long Fin Golden Aneus, Swordtails, some lyretail(RREA's, Red, Albino Koi, Red & Gold Tux), Different types of BN plecos(albino, calico, long fin, blue eyed short & long fin)
    Mystery Snails, Yellow Shrimp, CPDs

Try a petco or petsmart. Also, call around to some shops. You probably won't get any money for them, but they might take them

Thanks. Not looking for money just one that might take them. I'll do some calling around. I plan on growing them out to small adult size first.

Try Houston Aquatics off Shepherd, they carry plenty of community types
