    120g FOWLR

Preferably all at once because both will get territorial when they are in first. I had a Kole tang the would kill all other tangs added because he was very aggressive. This was in a 300

Depends on the fish. Non reef safe can mean different things. You need to research each fish you want before adding.

            Naso tang.
            Blue tang
            powder brown tang.
            Tomini tang
            Lion fish.
            Blue face angel
            queen angel.
            Emperor angel
I imagine you have seen these stats because they are easy to find at sites like LiveAquaria.
            Fish, Max size, Min tank size;
            Naso tang, 18", 180G
            Blue face angel, 15", 220G
            Queen angel, 18", 250G
            Emperor angel, 15", 220G
Can they survive in a small tank like yours? Yes, maybe, just like inmates surviving prison cells but I don't think they are very happy.

My personal experience, I had a sailfin tang for 3 years+ in my 125G (6 ft long). He was the most peaceful fish but toward the end, when he got up to 7" or so, he became more irritable, not liking his surrounding because he found it harder to maneuver. I sold him.

I know that I don't reach the requirement. But almost everyone in this hobby is doing the same thing. Going to try to get them as small as I can so I will be able to keep them longer.

I hope you don't have any corals, that angel fish will happily devour them.
