Green bubble algae and red bubble algae

I have some small green bubble algae that I have just noticed and I also have some red bubble algae on my snails that move around. Is this bad?

do not pop them as they will spread

Got it! I took my snails out and removed the bubbles without popping them!

best way to make sure they do not return is to limit the nutrients in your tank/system

keep your skimmer clean, do your water changes, and do not overfeed

I think I over feed and I add too much cheato.

Chaeto will not increase pest algae its a beneficial algae that will help absorb nutrients.
