  • Wanted: Oxygen tank for fish shipping

    Looking for an OXYGEN TANK

From what I have read , the difference in the welding grade and the medical grade deals with the way the tanks are filled.
For welding grade, the tank is filled and sold.
For medical grade it is filled, emptied, filled again and then sold.
Same oxygen, just make sure that their isn't anything contaminating the tank.
I am sure medical grade could be used, but it would be very expensive and most of the medical grade uses a regulator that is too slow to be of much good.
Let me know what you guys have...as I am in need of one asap.

I worked in a hospital and those regulators are far from slow. They go so high that the tanks start to freeze. Good luck though.

Boyd's bait shop in Texas City is infamous for their oxygen tanks. I'm sure you want the cheapest one though. Talk about low regulator. The ones used for croaker are divided into 1/4 or 1/8 pps.
