  • Neolamprologus Caudopunctatus Fry!!

To my surprise I came home to find a shell full of fry. I didn't even know I had a pair just looking to see if I can get a lil more info from the box? Should I seperate these guys from the main tank or leave them be and see what hpnds? They seem to be good first time parents the fry already survived one night.

Any further info would be appreciated! Thanks joseph.

Congrats! What else do you have in the tank? If only caudopunks, then leave the fry and see how they do!

Agreed, we have some multis in a community tank and thus far have been successful in allowing them to raise their fry in the tank after we took their first batch. My biggest worries are the petricolas in our tank. Any altos in the tank? They are known fry eating specialists, so I'd maybe move the fry if that was the case.

Very nice. If the fry develop and you post them for sale i'd like to be in line for some of them.
