I know for sure Xtreme fish and pets off Bellaire has Little 1.5-3.0 inch Fahaka Puffers. I just got one a few days ago. They were $19.99 and there were a handful left.

Actually since you are in the CL area, I might be interested in selling the one I just got. I had no clue how aggressive they were even when that little.
