Will attest to the quality of these fish, after seeing Kiko's batch he got from you I am quite jealous...... barely hitting an inch and already firing up!

My all time fave that I never got around to obtaining!

Thanks guys - Tried to take new pictures of the adults this morning. Nyererei was being shy and Eureka was ready for the photo shoot.
I guess the pictures in the OP are probably 4-5months old by now. They are in low lighting now, so the colors don't shine like they have in the past.

This last picture is an attempt to shoot the little petricola fry. You can see 3 of them in this pic... kind of.

I wish I had a place to grow out the fry. They're really pretty fish!

Thanks! I had a couple requests for pics of the fry. Not much to see at this size, but I was able to take a decent shot. I'm down to about 13 Eureka reds and 10 Nyererei.

The big one is a Nyererei male I kept from my last batch. So he's about 6-7 weeks older than the fry up for grabs. The bottom left is one of the 1" Nyererei Fry. The other small guys are the Eureka reds.

do you have a couple bigger Nyererei you want off your hands? Around 2 inches? Like the one above

Nah, not currently. I don't have the tank growout space to let them get that size, or else I would for sure. I only have that one bigger juvi which I plan on keeping until he starts picking on the new fry introduced to the tank.

Andrew, let me know if the Nyererei falls through. I will pick them up when I make the trip to Dallas. I definitely want some reds.

I hope whomever gets these will grow them out and make them available at a larger size. I really would love to get a male of each, but they're too small for my tank. It's just killing me to see these go right by like this.

Do you also build onto the floorplan to make room for it? )
