The tank looks awesome so far. Are you doing bare bottom or what substrate are you using? Rather than a volitan that everyone gets, you should get something different, like a fu-man-chu lion. They stay smaller, but look cool. Also, an old wife would be totally awesome. You should also consider a docile eel, like a big snowflake or a zebra moray. Neither mess with fish.
Since we discussed triggers a good bit, I thought I would share about your idea for sharks.
Pros:
1.They are awesome.
2.They can't get ich/crypt and many other fish illnesses.
Cons:
1. They are sensitive to many treatments. If your other fish get sick, you're going to have to take out any elasmos before you treat the tank.
2. Even in your tank, you're limited on what you can get.
3. Many species are very slow eaters, which means you may be over-feeding your tank so they can have a chance to eat.75 planted (Being Renovated)

I was thinking about a different lion not sure. But I am not a fan of the Fu man chu lion though in my research I kept staring at the pics hoping I would change my mind but no such luck.

Also set-up a 175G SW storage tank in the garage similar to my 135G RO tank. Who ever designed the Gen-X pump should be shot. The return is off center.

haha seems like im the only one not bit with the nps bug. you guys are crazy lol.
tank looks good so far. Are you gonna keep it fowlr or covert to reef any time soon? I would add a bit more rock for the fish to hide in. they might get territorial, so more rocks could keep them all happier.
