Most would not recommend this list.
    1) anemone needs a more mature tank. You can have a nemo without an anenome though.
    2) Goby needs a mature tank as well. They feed on living stuffs in the sand bed.
    3) yellow tang will be too big for your tank. People suggest 6ft long tank. (I take this back, maybe for other tangs you need longer tank.)
    4) Rusty angel may or may not be ok. Some eat corals like other angelfish.
    5) pajama cardinal is ok, I think.
    6) sea horse needs a dedicated tank. They have special needs.

You can't rush anything when it comes to a reef tank.

Always better to wait it out man.

Even after the cycle you shouldn't add to much corals to fast.

What do you use as your source of NH4?

If his nitrite never went up, how much ammonia could he have before that?

                                - 2 week old.
                                - Nitrite never went up.
                                - Tank now has 0 NH4, 0 nitrite and 10 nitrate?
                                - Measurements taken several times a day.
Something is not right. Either he had no source of NH4 to speak of or the test kits are off. Probably both.
