Brand new in box. I ordered this from Marine Depot and on their site it said it was 24.5" tall but it is actually 30" and doesn't fit. It is rated up to 250 gallons and I'm very impressed by how well it's made. If you want this let me know NOW because I have to use the shipping label they sent me soon.
