women better have your umbrellas and guys with hats.it's so dry and hot there. i went there last summer, and temp was like about 100degree. but it was so interesting. there were a lot of alligators and they were very closed to you like 2 feet. be careful or you may lose some parts og your body. just kidding. but be careful.

Karen and I like Brazos a lot. It's a great place for bird watching.

I've been there several times. Beautiful place, just gotta keep an eye out for the snakes and big lizards. I'd like to go if you put a trip together.

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.

                    +1 on when

With all of the other stuff goin on in NASH
Piranah tank (and it's small field trips)
                    Traci's tank
                    June meeting coming up

when did you think a good time for Brazos Bend would be? I have not been there in ages. Not a lot of good plant collecting due to park restrictions and don't feel like being gator bait. but great photagraphy. Also I believe it is $5 per person to get in, just FYI for those interested.

I think July would be our next best time to do this as a club, and man is it going to be hot.
