Wanted: Ember Tetras

Hi   Im new,

I am lookign for 3 to 4 Ember Tetras for a vry small tank I have. I purchased 5 and 2 died  :(  


Also I am a big Synodontis & Puffer Geek so anything rare or unusual that you have of those drop me a line as well  :P

O I am also looking for Brazilian Puffer aka Asell's Puffer aka 1,000 other names but they are "Colomesus asellus"
I'll take 4 if they are reasonably priced.



I can pick up or meet just about anywhere in Houston but I live in Humble.

They had 6 beautiful 6-9" Fahaka Puffers about two weeks ago at Fish Ranch II

If you like Puffers, you would LOVE the Brazillian Puffer!!! They are hardy & friendly and no one really messes with them. I have had a pair of them in a 55 gal w/ Fig8, Leopard & green spot puffers & 2 Eels. It was beautiful until my pet sitter killed all my puffers while I was on vacation  

I am looking into getting them special ordered. If I get Brazillians shipped over, I will let you know

Fish Ranch in Rosenberg and Fish Ranch II is two different spots.

anyways, bought 30 embers from Charles at Fish Ranch Rosenberg and they have now colored up beautifully.
