tnguyen - Didn't really have a choice in the matter. I have no idea of his story, nor what "kind" of discus he actually is. He was abandoned and basically going to be sent to the fish farm in the sky, so I took him home. I was told he was sick, though I don't see any symptoms except a little fin rot, which I think is due to his being kept in not-ideal conditions for a few days.
He (I call it a "he," dunno why) is eating bloodworms like there's no tomorrow, and is alert and active. I'm keeping his water clean, and just seeing how it goes. I really hope he does okay. I know that discus like company, and I'm in luck that he's still pretty young (only about 2.5 or 3" TL) and am hoping that I can get a whole group for him. That is, as soon as I find out what kind he is, where he's from, etc.
