Has anyone had these little guys before picked one up Saturday was sold as a dwarf puffer don't know much about them i bought it from what the sales person told me and (i usually do research on fish befor i buy but this was a cute little guy and i assumed the sales person knew what they were talking about) and need ssome advice on how to care for th. There is a giant spotted puffer that is some times mistaken for green spotted puffers. They are true freshwater puffers.
Green spotted puffers are true brackish water fish. It will need brackish to live long healthy life. They like SG 1.010 to full marine.
They will eat blood worms, frozen brine shrimp, and ones it's a little bigger table shrimp.Nothing Kills Evil Like a Sharp Stick... -
