A single Metal Halide Pendant might be best here.

48" Powercompacts are out there as well but they usually come in 4-65W bulbs which is a lot higher than your looking for.

PM Walter "wvgdiscus" he has a number of 48" T5 lights that come with 2-bulbs.  The 2-Bulbs are 54W each, which make 108W.

If your looking for more, there are a number of new fixtures that come with 3-T5 lights, or 4 or even more.  They range in price of $150 to $225.

Walter is probably your best bet for that wattage.

If I'm not mistaken......T5 will have less restrike then T6 so it would actually get more light into the tank.

Coralife makes a 2x65w PC fixture as well as the 4x65w which will have two switches so you don't have to run all four at once. IMO I would go with the 4x65w and have a "noon burst" setup for the second set of bulbs to give it more Umph, especially if you are wanting to go with High light plants.

                Re: Help. Looking for lights

T-5 has the highest lumen per watt in flourecent lighting.

T-5 lights get 104 lumens per watt.

Powercompacts get 60 lumens per watt.

Metal Halides get roughly 95 lumens per watt.

I cannot find data on a T-6, but a T-8 gets 60-80 lumens per watt. T-12's around 50 lumens per watt.
