I have a 25' that you can have for $15 and then just buy 2 or 3 more sections of the tubing. I can drop it off this afternoon if ya need it, probably going to be in your area this evening.
I don't know if anyone sells a 75' or 100'. Your other problem is going to be suction at that length. It will work for water changes but I doubt you will be able to get enough suction pressure from your faucet to pick anything substantial up off the bottom of the tank.

I hook mine up to the garden hose and it's enough to siphon gravel straight through the hoses
